Quality Inspection
Qingdao Xinyongxin Machinery Co., Ltd. offers comprehensive quality inspection services, including process inspection, random inspection, and pre-delivery inspection. Our services cover materials, machinery, internal defects, dimensions, pressure, load, balance, surface treatment, and visual inspection. We provide weekly project tracking reports complete with pictures and videos, as well as full quality inspection documentation.
*Our specialized QC testers rigorously inspect products according to varying customer requirements. Typically, we perform random inspections, but we also offer 100% inspection services at a reasonable price upon request.
*Our IQC (Incoming Quality Control) team meticulously checks the dimensions and surface quality of incoming materials.

Innovative Casting Processes
High-Precision Silica Sol Casting
First, a mold is meticulously crafted to mirror the desired product shape, followed by injecting medium-temperature wax into this mold to create a wax model. After refining the wax model's appearance, it is assembled into a wax mold tree. High-temperature liquid and sand material are then meticulously applied to the wax mold. The mold is allowed to air-dry before being heated to melt away the internal wax, revealing a cavity that matches the final product's design. Molten steel is poured into this cavity and, once cooled and cured, the outer shell is removed. A shot blasting process is initiated post shell treatment, revealing the product prototype. The products are then cut from the group, and post-processing, including internal mechanical manipulation, is carried out according to customer specifications.
