European Standard Pulley Installation Guide:
1. Inspect the belt pulley groove according to European standards to ensure a flawless, scar-free surface. Verify all dimensions meet the required standards;
2. Clean all parts of the euro standard pulley, including the hub hole, cone sleeve, and bolt hole, ensuring they are free of debris. Align the cone set with the pulley, matching all screw holes.
3. Apply lubricant to the screw rod and thread of the European standard pulley. Insert it into the mounting hole, but refrain from tightening immediately.
4. Clean the surface of the European standard belt pulley drive shaft. Push the belt pulley with the cone sleeve to the predetermined position on the shaft. Ensure the V-belt pulley is properly aligned.
5. When using the European standard belt pulley keyway, insert it into the hub first. Ensure there is an appropriate tolerance between the keyway and the hub hole for optimal performance.

High-Precision Silica Sol Casting
Initially, we craft a mold to mirror your desired product's shape, into which medium temperature wax is injected to create a detailed wax mold. Post this, we refine the wax mold, assemble it into a tree structure, and coat it meticulously with high-temperature-resistant glue and sand. Once air-dried and heated to dissolve the wax mold, it forms a cavity that precisely matches your intended casting product. Molten steel is then poured into this cavity. After it cools and solidifies, the shell is removed, and the product undergoes a rigorous shot blasting process to unveil its prototype form. The products are then segmented, and subsequent processing is tailored to customer specifications using advanced mechanical equipment.
