With unparalleled attention to detail, medium-temperature wax is skillfully injected to produce an exact wax pattern, which undergoes a comprehensive enhancement and refinement process. This includes the precise attachment of wax trees and a sequence of coatings using high-temperature glue and fine sand. Following an extensive air drying phase, the mold is heated to form a cavity that perfectly mirrors the intended casting. Expertly, molten steel is poured into this cavity, then allowed to cool and solidify, before the shell is expertly removed to unveil the casting's brilliance and perfection. The process culminates with shot blasting, achieving unparalleled levels of refinement for the prototype. Products are then meticulously separated for specialized post-processing, utilizing cutting-edge machinery to ensure internal enhancements, fully meeting the high-caliber standards of our discerning customers.
