Casting Process
Silica Sol Precision Casting
Initially, we craft a meticulous mold matching the product's design and inject medium-temperature wax to form a precise wax pattern. This wax model is then refined and assembled into a wax tree. Following this, we apply high-temperature liquid adhesives and sand materials, allowing it to air dry. The wax is then melted out, leaving a cavity that mirrors the desired casting. Molten steel is poured into this cavity mold and allowed to cool and solidify. Post-cooling, the shell is removed, and the product undergoes shot blasting to reveal its prototype. Subsequently, products are cut and undergo specific post-processing based on customer requirements utilizing advanced mechanical equipment.
