Qingdao Xinyongxin Machinery Co., Ltd. offers comprehensive inspection services, including process inspection, random inspection, and pre-delivery inspection. We cover materials, machinery, internal defects, dimensions, pressure, load, balance, surface treatment, visual inspection, and testing. Weekly project tracking reports with photos and videos and complete quality inspection documentation are provided.
*Our specialized QC testers rigorously check product quality according to customer requirements. We typically conduct random inspections but can offer 100% inspection at a reasonable price if needed.
*Our IQC team inspects the dimensions and surfaces of incoming materials to ensure they meet our stringent standards.
*Our PQC team performs full-course inspections throughout the manufacturing process to maintain high quality.
*Our FQC team inspects all anodized/plated products from suppliers, conducting thorough quality and appearance inspections before shipping.
State-of-the-Art Casting Process
High-Precision Silica Sol Casting
First, we meticulously craft a mold tailored to the product's shape and infuse it with medium-temperature wax to create a wax prototype. This wax model is then meticulously refined before being treated with high-temperature adhesive and sand materials. After a period of air drying, we melt the wax out to reveal a cavity identical to the desired casting shape. Molten steel is then poured into this cavity, followed by a cooling and curing phase. Once solidified, we remove the shell and proceed to shot blasting, unveiling the prototype. The products are then separated, and post-processing is customized per customer needs using advanced mechanical equipment.
We always design the optimal packaging for each part during sample development, carefully considering the part's structure, lot quantity, and customer requirements.
