Our services cover materials, machinery, internal defects, dimensions, pressure, load, balance, surface treatment, and visual inspections. We provide weekly project tracking reports complete with pictures, videos, and thorough quality inspection documentation.
*Our specialized QC testers conduct thorough quality checks to meet diverse customer requirements. Typically, we perform random inspections, but we can also offer 100% inspections at a reasonable price when needed.

Sophisticated Casting Process
High-Precision Silica Sol Casting
Firstly, a mold is crafted to match the desired product shape, followed by injecting medium temperature wax into the mold to create a precise wax mold. The wax mold undergoes cosmetic retouching, and is then assembled into a wax mold tree. Subsequently, the wax mold is coated with high-temperature resistant liquid and sand material, allowed to air dry, and heated to make the wax melt away, forming a cavity that mirrors the desired casting product. Molten steel is then poured into this cavity mold, left to cool and solidify, after which the sand shell is removed. The shot blasting process is initiated once the product is freed from the shell, revealing its prototype. The products are then separated, and final post-processing is conducted based on customer specifications, utilizing specialized mechanical equipment for internal finishing.
