Weekly project tracking reports, complete with pictures and videos, are provided along with detailed quality inspection documents.

Casting Process Overview
Silica Sol Precision Casting Mastery
First, we meticulously craft the mold, shaping it to meet the exact specifications of the desired product. Medium-temperature wax is then injected into this mold to form a precise wax model. Post-molding, we refine the wax model's appearance with specialized tools. The wax model is assembled into a wax mold tree, which is then coated with high-temperature liquid and sand and allowed to air dry. The wax inside the sand shell is melted away through heating, creating a cavity that mirrors the intended casting product. Molten steel is poured into this cavity, and once it cools and solidifies, the sand shell is removed. The product is then subjected to shot blasting, revealing its prototype. Finally, the product is cut, and any additional processing is performed using advanced mechanical equipment, tailored to customer specifications.
During sample development, we always design the most suitable packaging for each part, taking into account the part structure, quantity per lot, and customer requirements to ensure optimal protection and efficiency.
