Quality Inspection
Qingdao Xinyongxin Machinery Co., Ltd. provides comprehensive inspection services, including process inspection, random inspection, and pre-delivery inspection. We assess materials, machinery, internal defects, dimensions, pressure, load, balance, surface treatment, and conduct visual inspections. Weekly project tracking reports with pictures and videos, along with complete quality inspection documentation, are provided.
*Our specialized QC testers ensure product quality per customer requirements. We typically perform random inspections but also offer 100% inspection at a reasonable price if needed.
*Our IQC team inspects the dimensions and surface of incoming materials.
*Our PQC team conducts full-course inspections during the manufacturing process.
*Our FQC team inspects all anodized/plated products from our suppliers and performs rigorous quality and appearance inspections before shipping.
Advanced Casting Process
Silica Sol Precision Casting Technique
Our meticulous process begins with crafting a mold tailored to the product's shape. Medium temperature wax is then injected into the mold, forming a precise wax model. After refining the wax mold's exterior, we assemble a wax tree and coat it with high-temperature adhesive and sand. Following an air-drying phase, the wax is melted inside the sand shell, revealing a cavity that mirrors the desired casting product. Molten steel is poured into this cavity, and once cooled and hardened, the shell is removed. The product undergoes shot blasting, emerging in its initial form. Subsequent steps include cutting the product group and selecting post-processing procedures based on customer needs, employing advanced mechanical equipment for internal processing.
