We provide weekly project tracking reports, complete with pictures, videos, and comprehensive quality inspection documents.
*Our specialized QC testers ensure product quality aligns with customer requirements. Typically, we conduct random inspections, but we also provide 100% inspection services at a reasonable price upon request.
*Our IQC team inspects the dimensions and surface quality of incoming materials.

Innovative Casting Process
State-of-the-Art Silica Sol Precision Casting
Initially, we create a mold based on the desired product shape. Medium-temperature wax is injected into the mold to form a wax replica. After meticulously refining the wax model and assembling it into a wax tree, we apply high-temperature liquid and sand to form a shell around the wax. Once air-dried, the shell is heated to melt away the wax, revealing a cavity that matches the product's shape. Molten steel is poured into this cavity and allowed to cool and solidify. After the shell is removed, the product undergoes a shot-blasting process to reveal the prototype. We then segment the products and perform post-processing as per customer specifications, using advanced machinery for internal refinements.
