We meticulously inspect materials, machinery, internal defects, dimensions, pressure, load, balance, surface treatment, and conduct visual inspections and testing. Weekly project tracking reports, complete with pictures and videos, are provided along with detailed quality inspection documents.
*Our specialized QC testers ensure product quality meets varying customer requirements. While random inspections are standard, we also offer 100% inspection at a reasonable cost if needed.

Advanced Casting Process
Premier Silica Sol Precision Casting
First, we meticulously craft the mold based on the desired product shape and inject medium-temperature wax into it to create a precise wax mold. Post-molding, we refine the appearance of the wax mold using highly specialized tools. The wax mold is then carefully assembled into a wax mold tree, coated with high-temperature liquid and fine sand, and left to air dry. Subsequently, the wax within the sand shell is melted away through precise heating, creating a cavity that mirrors the desired casting product. Molten steel is poured into this cavity, and once it cools and solidifies, the shell is expertly removed. The product undergoes a thorough shot blasting process after being detached from the shell, revealing its prototype. Finally, the products are precisely cut, and any additional processing is performed based on customer requirements using advanced mechanical equipment.
