State-of-the-Art Casting Process
Superior Silica Sol Precision Casting
First, we meticulously craft the mold based on the product's design, then inject medium temperature wax into the mold to form a precise wax model. This wax model undergoes careful refinement, followed by the formation of a wax mold tree. High-temperature liquid glue and sand material are then applied to the wax mold, which is left to air dry. The wax mold is subsequently heated to dissolve, leaving a cavity identical to the desired casting product's shape. Molten steel is poured into this cavity mold, and once it cools and cures, the sand shell is removed. The product is then revealed in its prototype form. After shell treatment, shot blasting ensues, cutting the product group into individual pieces. Post-processing is tailored to customer needs, utilizing advanced mechanical equipment for internal processing.
