State-of-the-Art Casting Process
High-Precision Silica Sol Casting
Firstly, a mold is meticulously crafted to replicate the product's shape. Medium-temperature wax is injected into this mold, forming a precise wax pattern. This wax mold undergoes careful preparation, followed by the attachment of wax mold trees and coating with high-temperature glue and sand materials. After a period of air drying, the mold is heated to melt away the wax, leaving behind a cavity that mirrors the desired casting. Molten steel is then poured into this cavity, allowed to cool and solidify, before the shell is removed. Our process continues with shot blasting to perfect the product's prototype. Products are then separated, and post-processing is tailored to meet customer requirements, utilizing advanced mechanical equipment for internal refinements.

We meticulously design customized packaging for each part during sample development. This is based on the part's structure, quantity per lot, and specific customer requirements, ensuring optimal protection and efficiency.
