European Standard Pulley Installation Guide:
1. Begin by examining the groove of the pulley to ensure it meets the European standard-free of scars or edges and all dimensions in compliance.
2. Thoroughly clean all surfaces of the European standard pulley, focusing on areas like the hub hole, cone sleeve, and bolt hole to ensure precision.
Fit the cone set into the pulley with care, ensuring that all screw holes are perfectly aligned for optimal performance.
3. Apply oil to the screw rod and thread of the European standard pulley. Insert them into the mounting holes with care, but refrain from tightening for now.
4. Clean the drive shaft's surface meticulously. Push the pulley with the cone sleeve to the designated position on the shaft, checking the alignment for accuracy.
5. When utilizing the keyway of the European standard pulley, ensure it is first inserted into the hub. Maintain a specific tolerance between the keyway and the hole hub for proper fit.

Precision-Driven Silica Sol Casting
At the forefront of our production process, we begin by crafting a mold that perfectly captures your envisioned product's shape. Into this mold, we inject medium-temperature wax to produce an intricately detailed wax replica. The wax mold is then meticulously refined and assembled into a precise tree structure. Every piece is meticulously coated with a resilient, high-temperature adhesive and fine sand. Once air-dried and the wax mold is dissolved through heating, a cavity is formed that perfectly mirrors the intended casting product. Molten steel is poured into this cavity with precision. Upon cooling and solidification, the outer shell is expertly removed, followed by a stringent shot blasting process to reveal the pristine prototype. The products are carefully segmented, and the subsequent processing is customized to the specific requirements of our customers using state-of-the-art mechanical equipment.
