With meticulous care, medium-temperature wax is injected to form an exact wax pattern, which undergoes a comprehensive enhancement process. This includes the attachment of wax trees and a sequence of coatings with high-temperature glue and fine sand. After a thorough air drying phase, the mold is heated to create a cavity that perfectly mirrors the intended casting. Expertly, molten steel is poured into this cavity, allowed to cool and solidify, before the shell is skillfully removed to reveal the casting's brilliance. The process is completed with shot blasting, refining the prototype to unparalleled levels of perfection. Products are then carefully separated for specialized post-processing, utilizing state-of-the-art machinery to ensure internal enhancements that consistently meet the high standards of our valued customers.
