Qingdao Xinyongxin Machinery Co., Ltd. offers comprehensive inspection services, including process, random, and pre-delivery inspections for materials, machinery, internal defects, dimensions, pressure, load, balance, surface treatment, visual inspection, and testing. Weekly project tracking reports, complete with pictures and videos, are provided along with detailed quality inspection documents.

Innovative Casting Process
Premium Silica Sol Precision Casting
First, we meticulously craft the mold based on the desired product shape and inject medium-temperature wax into it to create a precise wax mold. Post-molding, we refine the appearance of the wax mold using specialized tools. The wax mold is then assembled into a wax mold tree, coated with high-temperature liquid and sand, and allowed to air dry. Subsequently, the wax inside the sand shell is melted away through heating, forming a cavity that perfectly matches the required casting product. Molten steel is poured into this cavity, and once it cools and solidifies, the shell is removed. The product undergoes shot blasting after being detached from the shell, revealing its prototype. Finally, the products are cut, and any additional processing is performed based on customer needs using advanced mechanical equipment.
