The precision required is not as rigorous as that needed for meshing transmissions, enhancing ease of use;
(5) Our belt pulley system is equipped with an overload protection feature to safeguard your machinery;
(6) The belt pulley transmission allows for a generous range of adjustments between the two axis center distances, providing flexibility in application.
Guidelines for European Standard Pulley Installation:
1. Thoroughly inspect the groove of the belt pulley in accordance with the European standard to ensure it is free from scars or edges. Verify that all dimensions adhere to the stipulated standards;
2. Clean the surfaces of all components of the Euro standard pulley, including the hub hole, cone,
sleeve, and bolt hole. Position the cone set into the pulley, ensuring all screw holes align perfectly.
3. Lightly oil the screw rod and thread of the European standard pulley. Insert them into the mounting hole without fully tightening at this stage to allow for adjustments.
4. Carefully clean the surface of the European standard belt pulley drive shaft. Position the belt pulley with the cone sleeve to the desired location on the shaft, verifying alignment with the triangle belt pulley.
5. When employing the European standard belt pulley keyway, ensure it is inserted into the hub first. Maintain a specific tolerance between the keyway and the hole hub to ensure precise fitting.

High-Precision Silica Sol Casting
Initially, we craft a meticulously designed mold to replicate the exact shape of your envisioned product. Into this mold, we inject medium temperature wax to create a highly detailed wax replica. Following this, we refine and polish the wax mold, assembling it into a sophisticated tree structure. We then exquisitely coat it with a layer of high-temperature-resistant glue and sprinkle it with sand for added stability. After allowing it to air-dry, the wax mold is heated carefully, ensuring the wax dissolves, leaving a precise cavity that mirrors your intended casting. Into this cavity, we pour molten steel, allowing it to cool and solidify. The shell is subsequently removed, and the casting undergoes a rigorous shot blasting process, revealing the prototype in its most pristine form. The products are finely segmented, and further processing is customized to meet specific customer requirements through the use of our advanced mechanical equipment.
