Advanced Casting Process
High-Precision Silica Sol Casting
First, a mold is meticulously crafted to replicate the product's shape. Medium-temperature wax is injected into the mold, creating a precise wax model. Post-crafting, the wax model is refined, followed by the careful application of high-temperature liquid and sand material, forming a robust sand shell. After proper air drying, the wax mold is melted away, revealing a cavity that mirrors the desired casting shape. Molten steel is then poured into this cavity. Once cooled and solidified, the shell is removed, and the product undergoes shot blasting. At this stage, the product emerges in its prototype form. Subsequent cutting and post-processing are customized based on customer requirements, utilizing state-of-the-art machinery for internal processing.
