(6) Enjoy a wide adjustment range for the center distance between two pulleys with a belt pulley transmission.
European Standard Pulley Installation:
1. Begin by inspecting the belt pulley groove according to European standards, ensuring an absence of scars or edges. Confirm all dimensions meet the required standards;
2. Thoroughly cleanse the surfaces of all components, including the hub hole, cone sleeve, and bolt hole, as per the European standard. Properly align the cone set with the pulley holes.
3. Lubricate the screws and threads of the European standard pulley, then carefully insert them into the mounting holes without tightening immediately.
4. Clean the drive shaft surface of the European standard belt pulley, and slide the pulley with the cone sleeve to its designated position on the shaft, ensuring optimal alignment of the triangular belt pulley.
5. When employing the keyway in the European standard belt pulley, initially insert it into the hub. Ensure there is an appropriate tolerance between the keyway and the hub hole for secure fitting.

Our State-of-the-Art Casting Process
Embracing High-Precision Silica Sol Casting
In the initial stages, we meticulously craft a mold to accurately reflect your envisioned product's dimensions and contours. Medium temperature wax is then expertly injected to create a highly detailed wax mold. Following this, we refine the wax mold, assemble it into a sophisticated tree structure, and meticulously apply layers of high-temperature-resistant adhesive and sand. Once air-dried and heated, the wax mold dissolves, forming a precise casting cavity for your product. Molten steel is carefully poured into this cavity, and upon cooling, the shell is removed to reveal the product. A rigorous shot blasting process unveils the prototype form. Each product is then expertly segmented, with subsequent processing customized to meet your exact specifications using advanced mechanical equipment.
During the sample development phase, we design bespoke packaging solutions for each component. This process considers the unique structure of each part, the batch size, and client-specific requirements, ensuring safe and efficient delivery.
