Innovative Casting Process
High-Precision Silica Sol Casting
To commence, a mold is meticulously crafted to match the product's shape. Medium temperature wax is then injected into the mold, forming a precise wax replica. The appearance of the wax mold is refined using specialized tools, followed by affixing a wax mold tree, and layering it with high-temperature liquid adhesive and sand material. After a period of air drying, the assembly is heated to melt away the internal wax, creating a cavity that mirrors the desired casting product. Molten steel is then poured into the cavity mold. Following cooling and solidification, the sand shell is removed, and the shot blasting process begins. This reveals the prototype of the product. Subsequently, the group of prototypes are separated, and final post-processing is executed based on customer requirements, utilizing advanced machinery for internal finishing.
We meticulously design the optimal packaging for each component during sample development, considering the structural characteristics, lot quantity, and specific customer requirements.
