High-Precision Silica Sol Casting
At the forefront of innovation, we begin our meticulous process by crafting a highly detailed mold that perfectly mirrors your envisioned product's shape. Into this mold, medium temperature wax is injected, shaping a precise wax model. Post-creation, this wax mold is meticulously refined and assembled into an intricate tree structure. It is then expertly coated with high-temperature-resistant glue and sand. After being air-dried and heated, the wax mold dissolves, creating a flawless cavity for the casting process. Molten steel is expertly poured into this cavity, and upon cooling and solidification, the outer shell is removed to reveal the prototype form. The product then undergoes a thorough shot blasting process to ensure perfection. Following this meticulous production, the products are precisely segmented, and any additional processing is carried out with state-of-the-art mechanical equipment, tailored to meet customer specifications.
