We provide detailed weekly project tracking reports complete with pictures and videos, as well as full quality inspection documentation.

Pioneering Casting Processes
Exceptional High-Precision Silica Sol Casting
First, a mold is meticulously crafted to mirror the desired product shape. Medium-temperature wax is then injected into this mold, forming a precise wax model. After refining its appearance, the wax model is assembled into a wax mold tree. High-temperature liquid and sand material are carefully applied to this wax mold, which is then air-dried and heated to melt away the internal wax, creating a cavity that mirrors the final product's design. Molten steel is poured into this cavity and, once cooled and cured, the outer shell is removed. The product then undergoes a shot blasting process, revealing the prototype. Post shell treatment, the products are separated from the group and undergo further processing, including internal mechanical manipulation to meet customer specifications.
During sample development, we meticulously design the most suitable packaging for each part, taking into account the part's structure, quantity per lot, and specific customer requirements.
