Casting process
Silica sol precision casting
Our meticulous casting process starts with crafting a mold that reflects the product's exact dimensions, followed by injecting medium temperature wax to create an impeccably shaped wax model. This model undergoes diligent refinement before being transformed into a wax mold tree. We coat it with a high-temperature adhesive and fine sand, allowing it to air dry meticulously. Once the wax mold is encased in the sand shell, it is heated and melted away, leaving a pristine cavity. Into this cavity, we pour molten steel, which cools and solidifies into a flawless casting. The final step involves shell removal and precision shot blasting, unveiling the product in its raw form. Each piece is then skillfully cut and customized post-processing is conducted, tailored to the unique specifications and desires of our clients, utilizing advanced machinery for internal enhancements.
